Vernon Terrell

After 30+ years in the corporate world and 25 years running my own ministry, I assumed the role of President at Grace Ministries International from March 2021 to March 2025. I was married 30 years until cancer took the life of my wife in 2015, leaving me a single dad with young teenagers. In 2022, I remarried and in the spring of 2025, together my wife, we founded The Exchanged Life Center.

I ministered in the Cherokee County Jail for 3 years, hosted Freedom From Addiction webinars for 15 years with Mike Quarles (author of "Freedom From Addiction" with Neil Anderson), and mentored teenagers for over 12 years (including 8 mission trips to Mexico).

I am the father of an amazing autistic son who still lives at home, as well as two lovely daughters. One daughter is married, and the other is single and working. I am an author, speaker, counselor/mentor, and lover of technology. I was certified as a Discipleship Counselor through the First Baptist Church of Atlanta counseling program in 1994 and learned the truth of God's grace and freedom in Christ. I've been mentoring, speaking, training, and counseling for over 30 years. One of my favorite verses in Scripture is Galatians 5:1 -  "It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery."
